TAKE NOTICE THAT the Committee of Adjustment will be considering the following applications for a minor variance under Section 45 (2) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended.

Subject Lands:          Lot 77, Plan M65NB, being TER 292, Parts 1-4, Pcls 16190 and 16191 SST

Civic Address:          46 Fourth Avenue

Public Meeting Date: August 9, 2017 at 6:15 pm, at 61 Fifth Avenue, Englehart, Ontario, P0J 1H0

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Two applications have been submitted as a requirement of a condition of provisional consent. Minor variances are required to reduce the required minimum lot area of 500 m2. The lots created by consent have lot areas of 320.31 m2 and 494.97 m2 respectively which means they are deficient by 179.69 m2 and 5.03 m2 respectively. The lots are occupied by a flower shop and funeral home, respectively.
