Senior of the Year

The Town of Englehart is accepting applications for Senior of the Year. Applicants must be 65 years of age and have enriched the social, cultural or civic life of the community without thought of personal or financial gain. Applications will be received at the Town of Englehart office until April 16, 2012. Please include in your submission a brief description of the person you are nominating.
Animal Control By-Law

As per By-Law 2011-15 every owner of a dog or cat must register the animal at the Englehart Town Hall prior to January 31, 2012.
Town of Englehart Publics Works Department will now be responsible for garbage collection.
04/01/2012
As of January 3, 2012 the Public Works staff will be performing garbage collection duties. The collection days will remain the same, Tuesdays and Fridays. Residents are reminded that garbage needs to be tagged to ensure it will be collected. Please place your garbage out the morning of your collection day prior to 8:00 a.m. also to ensure that it will be picked up. Cardboard is not accepted at the landfill site and should be taken to the recycling bins located on Railway Street. The Public Works Department thanks you for your patience during this transition period.
