The Corporation of the Town of Englehart Notice of the Passage of By-Laws


TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Section251 of the Ontario Municipal At, 2001 the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Englehart at its meeting to be held on Monday, April 27, 2009 proposes to pass the following By-Laws:

1. By-Law to Adopt Tax Ratios
2. By-Laws to Adopt the Estimates and to strike the rates of taxation for 2009
3. By-Law to Establish the Percentages by which Tax Decreases are Limited for 2009
4. User Fee By-Law

Pursuant to the Town's Notice By-law 2003-01, the Corporation of the Town of Englehart shall give public notice of its intent to pass these by-laws and will be holding a public meeting on April 27, 2009 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the Englehart Town Hall.

Anyone may attend the meeting outlined above to make written or verbal representation either in support of or in opposition to the proposed by-laws. If you should require additional information relating to this matter, please contact Jana Van Oosten, Clerk-Treasurer-Administrator at 705-544-2244.
