As per By-Law 2011-15 every owner of a dog or cat must register the animal at the Englehart Town Hall prior to January 31, 2012.

Registration fees are $20.00 per calendar year for each animal.  Failure to register an animal by January 31, 2012 will result in additional fees and penalties. If a dog has been registered prior to October 1, 2011, annual renewals are not required.

There is a limit of three dogs or three cats allowed per dwelling.   For those with both cats and dogs the total number of animals must not exceed five per dwelling.
