In order to meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act ("AODA"), the Town of Englehart has implemented:

• An Accessibility Policy to ensure that all Ontarians have fair and equitable access to programs and services, and to continue to improve opportunities for persons with disabilities.
• An Accessible Employment Policy to provide equal employment opportunities to all individuals, including those with disabilities, ensuring that all employees and applicants are treated with dignity and respect, and that accommodations are provided as needed to enable full participation in employment.
